FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Every new business starts on Free automatically: up to 10 customers and vendors, unlimited invoices and quotes, income and expense tracking, and tasks and calendar. No card is needed.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from Plan & billing in your workspace. When you pay online, canceling or switching to Free takes effect at the end of the month you paid for; without an online subscription, moving to Free takes effect right away. After a downgrade your existing records stay readable; adding more than a plan allows needs a plan that includes it.

How do payments for paid plans work?

Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe’s secure checkout and renew until you cancel; Intralyn never sees your full card number. Where online payment isn’t available for your account, your plan request is saved and the plan turns on once billing is confirmed with you.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your records belong to your business and are never shared with other businesses. Pro and Business can export them as CSV at any time.

Can my customers pay online?

Not yet. Invoices show your own payment instructions (for example Zelle, bank transfer or check), and you record payments as they arrive.

Do you build websites?

Yes, as a separate one-time service. We design and set up a website for your business for $399.
